City Infusions is a dedicated outpatient infusion center located in Arlington, Virginia. We partner with physicians to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality infusion therapy for patients requiring advanced treatments.
Once a referral is submitted, our team manages the entire process, from insurance verification and prior authorization to patient scheduling and coordination, so your office doesn’t have to.

Specialty Infusion therapy is the administration of medication directly into the bloodstream through an IV or injection. It is used to treat a variety of chronic conditions where oral medications are not effective or not an option. All infusion treatments at City Infusions are prescribed by your physician and administered by our trained nursing staff.
Your healthcare provider submits a referral to us. Once we receive it, our team verifies your insurance benefits, obtains prior authorization, and contacts you directly to schedule your first appointment. Patients do not need to schedule on their own.
When you arrive, our team will welcome you and get you settled in a comfortable treatment area. Your nurse will review your treatment plan, answer any questions, and begin your infusion. Depending on your medication, treatment can take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours. We provide comfortable recliners, Wi-Fi, and complimentary refreshments.
